He was predeceased by: his parents, Rondal Puckett and Rose Puckett (Holtgreven). He is survived by: his son Chris Clevenger; his grandchildren, Troy Clevenger and Natalie Clevenger; and his siblings, Rory Puckett and Rhonda Ehmer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
