He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ward Middleton and Elizabeth Hinkley Middleton; his birth mother Catherine Edna Floyd Thomas; and his brother Joseph Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his son Jeremy Middleton (Kristi) of Anderson, IN.; and his siblings, Janet Huffstodt (Robert), Robert Thomas (Shelly) and Jeff Thomas (Kathy).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Garden View Funeral Home (10501 IN-3, Muncie, IN 47303). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
