He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman O. Parker and Margaret L. Parker (Stettler); his granddaughter Terri Christian; and his siblings, Dale Parker, Donald Parker and Carol Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Parker (Reel); his children, Richard O. Parker Jr., Peggy Christian and Nancy Dousa; his grandchildren, Amanda Bragg (Dan), Tiffany Nixon (James), Joshua Christian (McKenzie Noel), Tony Anis (Tim) and Owen Parker; his great grandchildren, Arianna, Noah, Jaydlynn, Gracie, Chloe, Rhylynn, Kayden and Ellie; and his brothers, David Parker and Harold Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
