We are sad to announce that, on March 18, 2022, at the age of 87, Richard Lee Phillips of Muncie, Indiana, born in Winchester, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Phillips and Helen Phillips (Stuck); his brothers, Carl and Ronnie Cooper; his stepmother Lucy Phillips; his grandparents, Albert and Marie Norton; his granddaughter Brittiany Phillips; and his great grandchild Bailey Galloway.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Phillips of Eaton, IN, Leann Poehler (David) of Marion, IN and David Phillips (Tammy) of Yorktown, IN; his grandchildren, Brandon Phillips, Ayrton Phillips, Lindsay Galloway (David) and Shawn Phillips; his great grandchild Barbara Galloway; his brother Daniel Phillips; his nieces, Carrie Orme, Amy Padgett, Sarah Beeson and Leslie Puckett; his uncle Gary Stuck (Anne); and his close friends, Kim, Dewayne Pettiford, Cami Foreman, Kathy, Shawn, Alicia, Damon Felix, Brenda Phillips, Tom, Dee, Anna, Tina Maric, Ed Chester and Cindy Duncan.
