He is survived by: his children, Yanika Hazzard Johnson of Muncie, IN and Kevin Shaw of Indianapolis, IN; his stepson Jerron Norris; his grandchildren, Elijah, Mary, Richard Johnson of Muncie, IN, Danielle Shaw, Richard Shaw III, Riley Shaw of Atlanta, GA, Kathrynne and Kevin Shaw, Jr. of Indianapolis, IN; his great grandchildren, Myanika, Michael Murphy and Kevin Shaw III; and his siblings, Debra Kay Shaw (Bradley), Stella Simpson (Shaw), Bette Jo Shaw (Sloss), Mary Hammond (Shaw), Donald Shaw of Muncie, IN and Dante Shaw of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by several nieces; nephews; and cousins.
