It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Skinner of Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Skinner to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parent Merri J. Law. He is survived by: his father Walter H. Skinner (Tamara) of Muncie, IN; his brothers, Troy Skinner (Tammy) of Brazil, IN and Sheriff Tony Skinner (April) of Muncie, IN; his stepsisters, Kristin Stephenson Webb and Keri Stephenson of Westfield, IN; his close friends, Liz Lopus and Rod Showalter; and his pet Baby Girl Peanut. He is also survived by cousins; nieces and nephews.
