He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard "Joe" Skeen and Betty Fullington (Dalton); and his siblings, Mary Ross and Tim Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Skeen; his children, Joe Skeen and Melissa Skeen-Henry (Michael Henry); his grandson Elijah Hatcher; and his siblings, Ernie Skeen, Nin Gibson, David Gibson and Luke Gibson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
