He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Royal (Bailey) and Clyde Royal; his grandparents, Doris, Glenn Bailey, Thelma and Clyde Royal; his mother-in-law Geri Nau; and his brother-in-law Jeff Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Dena Nau Royal; his children, Nathan Royal (Kelsey), Jacob and Kassidy Royal; his grandchildren, Beau and Haisley; and his siblings, Bub, Clyde III, Royal (Tanya), Shelly Fowler, David Royal (Robin), Stacy Padgett (Ron) and Stephanie Morrison (Niles).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Union Chapel Ministries (4622 N Broadway Ave, Muncie, IN 47303). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
