He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbie L. Smith and Joan F. Smith (Brand); his son Robert Lee Smith; and his brother Robert A. Smith. He is survived by: his son Rickey L. Smith Jr. (Kristina); his siblings, Steve Smith, Jayne Donathan (Robert), Chris Smith (Johnetta), Thomas Smith and Bobbie Devereux; his grandchildren, Cole, Carly, Paige, Trinity, Justice, Faith and Robbie; and his great grandchild Navy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
