He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Amonett and Harriett Amonett (Neal); and his niece Jinny Dyer. He is survived by: his sisters, Kathy Engle (Tim) and Patty Moore (Gary); his girlfriend Cathy Johnson; and his cousin Mary Roberts. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
