He was predeceased by: his father W. Forrest Strahan; his spouse Jean Ann "Westlake" Strahan; his siblings, Juanita Scott (Ted), William Strahan (Lavon) and Eugene John Strahan (Patricia); and his granddaughter Samantha Strahan.
He is survived by: his children, Jane Mills (Dan) of Bluffton, IN, Vickie Strahan of Summitville, IN, Mike Strahan (Tammy) of Interlachen, FL, Robert Strahan (Sherra) of Kokomo, IN and Forrest Strahan (Pamela) of Muncie, IN.; his sister-in-law Jean Strahan; and his grandchildren, Trisha Mills, Kevin Mills (Rachel), Jason Strahan, Jennifer Powell, Stacy Wray Birnell and Katherine Strahan. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
