He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma L. Stevens (Davis); his son Thomas Stevens; and his siblings, Allen Stevens and Rhea Lou Stevens. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhea Graham of Muncie and Megan Stevens of Lima. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and numerous other relatives.
