He is survived by: his children, Kristen Carnes of Muncie, Christopher Carnes (Danielle) of Muncie and Blake Carnes of Muncie; his grandchildren, Jacob Danielson, Kyle Buck, Sophia Carnes, Rylee Carnes and Owen Carnes; his great grandchild Daliyah Buck; and his siblings, Beth Hopkins of Winchester, Diane Gillock (Butch) of New Castle, Jeff Carnes of Muncie, Jim Carnes (Patsy) of Florida, Bruce Carnes (Sharon) of Missouri, Tom Carnes (Janet) of Middletown and Brian Carnes (Nancy) of Utica. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
