He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Johnson); his sister Nancy Turns; his sons, Tom (Christie), Chris (Kristen) and Brad; his grandchildren, Ben, Mallory, Treyton, Logan, Paige, Brooke, Collin and Ian; and his great grandchild Zayn. He is also survived by sisters-in-laws and several nieces and nephews.
