He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edgar and Bessie Agnes Phillips (Caster); and his brother Jay Edger Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Darlene Norris-Phillips (Tomlinson); his children, Brian Michael Phillips and Brenda Phillips Craig (Mike); his stepdaughters, Dee Norris-Helms (Dan) and Leisha Norris Elchert (Scott); his sister Joyce Tapy (Gene); and his grandchildren, Matt Reese, Megan Atwood (Andrew), Leanna Seppala (Chad), Austin Helms (Kae), Alexa Helms, Trey Elchert (Macey), Haley Elchert, Kamryn Elchert, Christopher Elchert and Grant Elchert. He is also survived by Five Great Grandsons; Several Nieces and Nephews.
