He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Gladys Boyd (Stockton); and his mother-in-law Thelma Bicknell. He is survived by: his father-in-law Leonard; his wife Kathy Walter (Bicknell); his daughters, Wendy Walter (Patrick Murphy) of Bloomington, IN, Kelly Zimmerman (Brad) of Franklin, IN and Mandy Parris (Aaron) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Alex Zimmerman (Kayla), Griffin Walter-Bailey, Sam Zimmerman (Anne), Avery Walter-Bailey, Mari Walter-Bailey, Kayla Parris and Maren Parris; his great grandchild Liam Zimmerman; and his siblings, Candace Baker of West Manchester, OH, Chris Lundy, Mike Bicknell (Brenda), Jackie Daffron (Gary) and David Bicknell (Becky). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
