In loving memory of Ruby Phipps of Muncie, Indiana, born in Whitley City, Kentucky, who departed this world on June 9, 2024 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Gregory and Ada Gregory (Koger); her husband Milton C. Phipps; and her children, Clara Phipps-Limer and George Phipps.
She is survived by: her children, Richard D. Phipps (Joann) of Muncie and Virginia York (Jerry); her grandchildren, Christie Ellis, Toby Phipps, Ryan Phipps, Amy York, John Phipps (Shelby), Alex Phipps and Cody Phipps; her great grandchild Lorraine Phipps; and her daughters-in-law, Carla and Becky Phipps. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
