She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin B. Howard and Leta R. Howard (Neal); and her husband Frank Tester. She is survived by: her former husband Bob Williamson; her children, Robin Y. Cummings (Williamson) of Muncie and Melvin W. Williamson (Abby) of Muncie; and her siblings, Helen R. Jones (Howard), Ramona (Brown), Rechtin (Tim) of Florence, KY, Freda Wade (Brown) and Jerry Brown (Doris). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
