She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Flatter and Gladys Pauline Flatter (Conner). She is survived by: her husband Mike Hinkle; her daughters, Tiffini Vance, Tameka Montgomery and TeAyra Goins; her grandchildren, Jordan, Jaicee, Taylor and Paul Goins, Jr.; and her great grandchild Lincoln. She is also survived by three siblings.
