Sallie S. Nye Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sallie S. Nye (Muncie, Indiana), who passed away on February 6, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Richard Nye; her parents, Rosemary Ruth Watt and Frederick Keener Watt; and her brothers, Donald Watt and Joseph Watt.

She is survived by: her sister Barbara Lacey (Jim Lacey); her children, Jeff Nye (Jennifer Nye), Steven Nye (Alma Salas Leon), Linda Heitzman (Neil Berman) and Lisa Nye (Robert Forbes); Helen Boyatt. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
