She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Thresher (Chuck) and Sikorsky Aircraft; and her husband Paul Austin. She is survived by: her sister Mary Thresher of Muncie; her stepson Brad (Kate); her stepgrandchildren, Sydney and Declan of Springfield; her brothers-in-law, Glenn (Wanda) and Wayne (Lynn) of Louisville; and her aunt JoAnn Morrow of Muncie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Sandy to either the Alzheimer's Association, or Hosparus Health-Louisville.
