With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shad Bell of Muncie, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Shad left this world on July 10, 2025 at the age of 59, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. In the sacred silence of farewell, Shad is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Bell and Flonnie Bell; and his brothers, Larry Bell, Stoney Bell, Jimmy Bell and Charles Bell.
He is survived by: his children, Christy Greet (Chad) and Joseph Bell; and his grandson C. J. Greer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Meeks Mortuary and Crematory - Washington St. Chapel (415 E Washington St, Muncie, IN 47305). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
