She was predeceased by: her husband Buddie Jones, Sr.; her parents, Thomas Varney and Janet Varney (Morrill); and her siblings, Ray Varney, Stan Varney and Elizabeth Biffle.
She is survived by: her children, Sharlene Utz (Roger), Buddie Jones, Jr. (Elizabeth) and Jennifer Bowers; her grandchildren, Dreama Jones, Quinn Jones, Sharla Angulo (Eric), Josiah Utz (Tairen), Micah Utz (Jordan) and Andrew Bowers; and her brother Tom Varney (Kayla). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Garden View Funeral Home (10501 IN-3, Muncie, IN 47303). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Memory Cemetery (10703 IN-3, Muncie, IN 47303).
