He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McGuire and Ardytho McGuire. He is survived by: his brothers, Mickey McGuire (Jeanette) of Colorado Springs, CO and Patrick McGuire (Suzanne) of Prospect, TX; his stepsister Marie Bachino of Coueur d'Alene, ID; his stepdaughter Melissa Leonard (Travis); and his grandchildren, Harliegh, Ethan and Xavier.
