She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Herbert; her parent Dora Winningham (Storie); her brother Danny Winningham; and her daughters, Kelly Fletcher (Herbert) and Tracy Masters (Herbert).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cody Herbert and Cheyenne Wake; her great grandchild Rylie Herbert; and her nieces and nephews, Kim, Bub and Steven. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
