He is survived by: his daughter Angelica Goltstein (Anacker); his son-in-law Rob Goltstein; his grandsons, Anthony Ray Goltstein and Theo Joseph Goltstein; and his friends, Bruce Crockett (Joyce), Gary and Kay Weaver. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
