He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Rhoades and Mary Kurtz Rhoades. He is survived by: his girlfriend Alison Beam-Hindman of Muncie, Indiana; his son Daniel Rhoades (Mary Esther) of Fort Worth, Texas; and his grandchildren, William Rhoades, Maya Rhoades and Phillip Rhoades.
