He is survived by: his wife Angel Monroe; his children, Philip Monroe (Dontez Bass), Adam Monroe (Bri Hall), Jack Monroe (Kristina) and Judd Monroe (Amanda); his siblings, Tom Ramey (Michele), Jason Monroe, Karl Monroe, Samantha Monroe (Emily) and Demetra Monroe; his grandchildren, Devin, Skyler, Noah, Jaxson, Madelyn, Xavier, Tracie, Lanzell and Alicia; and his close friends, Michele, Jason Stark, Denae and Jeremy Baugh.
