Thelma Potter Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Oakley Duncan Sr. and Flora Lee Duncan (Matthews); and her brothers, Edward Ray Duncan and Phillip Oakley "Junior" Duncan. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Earnest Potter; her children, Deborah Kay (Potter), Hoppe (Patrick William Hoppe) and William Emsley Potter; her grandchildren, Jenna Kay, Collin Emsley, Nicholas Edward and Blake Francis; her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Rory and Callahan; her sisters, Kay Frances (Duncan) and Ballard (late Roy Keith Ballard); and her nieces, Vickie, Pamela, Sandi and Denise. She is also survived by her family particularly her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Meeks Mortuary and Crematory - Washington St. Chapel (415 E Washington St, Muncie, IN 47305). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
