He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Barlow and Kay Barlow Sr.; and his sister Barbara Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Barlow; his sons, John Barlow (Kristen) and Joe Barlow (Jada); his grandchildren, Piper, Makenna and Thomas Barlow; his stepgranddaughter Sara; and his sister Jackie Barlow.
