He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Fisher and Martha Fisher (Breymaier); his brother James Fisher; and his brother-in-law Dale Wycuff. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Fisher (Charlene) of Fort Recovery, Alice Wycuff of Celina and Ivan Fisher of Portland; his sister-in-law Sue Fisher; and his nieces and nephews, Shannon Wycuff (Deb), Jeremiah Wycuff, Philip Wycuff (Nikki), Amanda Wycuff, Mike Fisher Jr., Kirsten Welch (Lucas), Kelly Johnson (Dan), Josh Fisher (Melody), Tessy Coy and Beverly Thwaits.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Salamonia Fire Department or the Tri-State Gas and Engine Show in memory of Tom.
