He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Dustin Guise of Lebanon and Jennifer Watts of Muncie; his brother Chris Guise (Jodie) of Lafayette; his brothers-in-law, Phillip Jester (Penelope) and Jack Jester (Kelley); his pet Sophie; and his grandchildren, Josie Guise of Lebanon and Wyatt Guise of Lebanon.
