He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Davis and Russell Davis; his son Daniel; and his siblings, Russell, Kenny, Wilma, Mary and Pat.
He is survived by: his wife Sierra Sue Davis; his daughter Genny Stults (Todd); and his grandchildren, Jonah Stults (Mariah) and Emily Stults. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Camp Indogan in memory of Tom, in care of West Side Church of Christ, 6600 W. Kilgore Avenue, Yorktown, Indiana 47396.
