It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas L. Arrington (Muncie, Indiana), who passed away on September 7, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George T. Arrington and Mary Alice Arrington (Crawley); his parents-in-law, Richard Franks and Ruth Franks; his siblings, Kenny Arrington (Judy) and Janet Wilson; and his brother-in-law James Franks (Bonnie).

He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Franks; his son Scott (Stephanie) of Yorktown; his granddaughters, MiMi Arrington of Fishers and Ellie Arrington of Perrysburg, OH; his pet Henry; and his siblings, Alice Arrington of Muncie and Otto Arrington (Sharon) of Muncie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
