He is survived by: his mother Sheila Porter (Wells); his wife Debbie Creveling; his sisters, Rachel Stephens and Kaylee Comfort; his aunts and uncles, Chuck Stephens (Heather), Teresa Cullison (Dan), Dawn Sanders (Nate), Kim Flanigan (Ray) and Cindy Archer (Dick); and his cousin Amanda Bazan. He is also survived by several other cousins and friends.
