He was predeceased by: his father Ewing Moore; and his brothers, Chad Buffalo and Michael Winkle Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Winkle (McCullaugh); his wife Suzanne Moore; his stepfather Michael Winkle Sr.; his daughter Ashtyn Koch (Ryan); his grandsons, Kasen, Kohen and Kai; and his siblings, Keely Gunnell (Bob), Matthew Moore and Hollie Crowley (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Animal Rescue Fund (ARF), 1209 W. Riggin Road, Muncie, IN 47303, in honor of Todd's lifelong love for animals.
