She was predeceased by: her parents, Gail Wills and Norma Wills (White); her husband Dr. Arnold "Larry" Carter; her son Matthew; her in-laws, Ola and Mary Carter; her siblings, Anita Gilmore and Neal Wills; and her brother-in-law David Carter.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Carter; her grandchildren, Garrett and Gabriella; her daughter Erin (Douglas Townsend); her grandchildren, Carter, Chandler, Chloe, Carmynne Ciscell and Sloane; her daughters, Emerson, Reilly Townsend and Natalie (Cesar Castillo); her grandchildren, Ashton, Liam, Hudson and Charlotte; and her siblings-in-law, Janet Carter, Mary Ellen Wills, Linda Carter, Brenda Carter, Bil Carter and Thomas Gilmore. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews and special friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hazelwood Christian Church. A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
