He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his siblings, Paul D. Hicks (Theresa), Louise Williams (Chuck), Judy Delk, Zona Robbins (Johnnie) and Linda McGinnis (Don); his children, Troy L. Hicks and Amanda Holmquist (Chad); and his grandchildren, Monica, Emily, Jake Hicks, Nellee and Landon Holmquist. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
