He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Welch and Mildred Welch (Collins); his wife Ruby A. Welch; his children, Clara "Sue" Welch and Terry Lee Welch; and his brother Curtis "Dee" Welch.
He is survived by: his son Dale Welch; his daughter-in-law Tammy Welch (Terry); his stepchildren, Darrell Brown, Myron Brown (Angela), Martin Brown (Lina), Sharon Wolf (Ron) and Rhonda Brown; his brother Don Welch; his sister-in-law Jan Welch; and his close friend Larry Balle. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
