He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hall and Mami Hall; his wife Janet Hall; his daughter Debra Kortman; and his siblings, Jerlene Winfrey, Julia Peay and Joel Hall.
He is survived by: his grandson Cory; his siblings, Loitta Willard and Barry Hall; his nieces, Jennifer and Missy; and his nephew Troy.
