He is survived by: his wife Darleen Lowman of Parker City; his children, Angie Brees of Muncie and Justin Jones (Heather Boden) of Muncie; his grandchildren, Brooke Ashby (Jacob), Bransen Cope and Alexa Cope (Cayden); his great grandchildren, Addison, Brodie, Charlie and Bentlie; his siblings, David Lowman (Brenda) of Winchester, Victor Lowman of Greencastle, Randy Youngblood (Lorretta) of London, OH, Terri Snyder of Winchester, Teresa Lowman of Muncie and Karen Smith (Larry) of East Palestine, OH; and his siblings-in-law, David Turner (Janet) of Muncie and Maretia Temple of Ft. Wayne.
