She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Strunk and Dorothy Strunk; her sons, Dwight of Muncie and Manford Early of Muncie; and her siblings, Troy Strunk of Kentucky, Rosemary Stephens of Kentucky and Geneva Duncan of Kentucky.
She is survived by: her husband George Early; her daughter Tamra Edwards (Scott); her sisters-in-law, Freda Strunk, Anna Parnell (Terry) and Thelma Collins (Frank); her grandchildren, George Early (Angie), Colby Early (Amy), Sabrina Castle (Keith), Chevy and Spencer Edwards; and her great grandchildren, Milah Early, Collin Early, Ryder Edwards and Kennedy Castle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Elm Ridge Funeral Home (4600 W Kilgore Ave, Muncie, IN 47304). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
