He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Isaac and Isabel Green; and his mother Mildred "Bucky" Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Janet Green; his pet JJ; and his siblings, Dawn Green of Ohio, John Green of West Virginia and Larry Green of West Virginia.
