He is survived by: his wife Barbara Collins (Nelson); his children, Matthew Collins (Cindy) of Muncie, Mark Collins (Kay) of Muncie and Carolyn Dungan (Tony) of Alexandria; his stepchildren, Claudia, Philip, Linda and John; and his grandchildren, Kevin Smith of Muncie, Gregory Fenker of Ft. Wayne, Amanda Waters (Brent) of Muncie, Matthew William Collins (Katie) of Springport, Cara Turner (Richard) of Yorktown, Clay Dungan (Alexis) of Las Vegas, Catelyn Edwards (Cory) of Muncie and Allison Sears (RJ) of Muncie. He is also survived by his family and friends.
