He is survived by: his wife Treva Wright (Wright); his children, Billie Carter (Jimmie) of Muncie, Paula Jo Richardson of Muncie and Michael Fowler of Albany, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Corey Waller (Amber), Melissa Hammond (Ryan), Kristen Carter, Taylor Quinn (Austin) and Amanda Coahran (Jimmy); his great grandchildren, Bristol Jo Quinn, Chloe Lacey (Brandon), Luke Waller, Hannah Pratt (Grant), Stella Hammond, Ainsley Hammond, Sydney Tomey, Kynsley Stone, Kaylyn Coahran (Gavin Noble) and Trenton Coahran; his great great grandchild Brooks James Noble; and his sister Peggy Stephens (Fowler) of Jamestown.
