He is survived by: his children, LeeAnn Hathaway Anderson (Mike) of Muncie, Joann Hammond of Muncie and Michael Allen Hathaway (Carol) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; and his sisters, Karen Morris (Bob) and Barbara Leenstra (Ken). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
