He was predeceased by: his parents, Sara Jo Stacy (Eby) and Billie Ray Stacy; and his grandparents, Raymond and Vina Mae Stacy. He is survived by: his siblings, Ellen Kidd (Mitchell), Jeannie Anderson (Ronnie), Samantha Brown (Todd) and Michael Tuck. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
