She is survived by: her sons, Larry Slagle (Melissa Hopping) and David Slagle (David Lloyd); her grandchildren, Sarah Slagle, McKenzie Shirey (Noah), Noah Slagle (Betsy) and Mitchell Slagle; her great grandchild William Slagle; and her siblings, Gerald Johnson, Danny Johnson and Janet Guerra (Ed). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
