She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur McClellan and Blanche McClellan; her husband Jack Cook; her daughter Lora McConnell (Denise); and her brothers, Glen McClellan and Larry McClellan.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Andy Thompson and Seth Thompson; her great grandchildren, Kelsey Burden, Ashely Thompson, Ethan Thompson and Rylee Thompson; her great great grandchild Kaiya Phipps; and her caregiver Clara Skeens.
