He was predeceased by: his parents, Helena Kott and Zygmunt Kott; and his brother Roman. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Kott, Marcy Kott of Chicago and Nicki Kott of Northbrook; his sons-in-law, Mark Levine, David Garelick and Jim Glennon; and his grandchildren, Max, Daniel, Olivia, Grayson, Sydney, Annabelle, Taylor, Ryan and Lindsay.
